After working with Discover Card's mortgage department for 1.5 months to get my home refinanced, the whole deal fell through because of their inability to review my documents correctly when i was trying to qualify for a conventional loan. Greg Freeman reviewed my documents within an hour and knew that he could make the deal work for me. Thirty days later, with him team's great customer service, the deal was done!
