Oklahoma Homeowners Use a HELOC for…

What is a HELOC?

A HELOC lets you borrow against the equity in your home. With this program, you receive your funds up front at closing and repay on a set schedule. As you pay the balance down, you can draw again during your redraw period, so your equity keeps working for you.

How it works

1. Apply Online

Start in minutes and see if you prequalify with a soft credit check that won’t affect your score. Click here to apply now!

2. Verify Digitally

Confirm your identity and income securely online. In most cases you won’t need to dig through paperwork.

3. Get Your Home Valued

In many cases this happens digitally, without an appraiser at your door.

4. Sign and Fund

Close with an online notary in most areas, and your funds go straight to your bank account.

Homes That Qualify

Single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-unit properties up to four units. Primary residences and second homes may both qualify. Some property and ownership types aren’t eligible. We’ll let you know right away.

HELOC Questions, Answered

Will a HELOC change my first mortgage?

No. A HELOC is a separate loan secured by your home. Your existing mortgage, its rate, and its payment stay exactly the same.

How much can I borrow with a HELOC?

It depends on your home’s value, what you owe on it, and your credit profile. Start online and you’ll see what you may qualify for, with no impact to your credit score.

Does checking my eligibility affect my credit?

Prequalifying uses a soft credit check, which doesn’t affect your score.

Can I use a HELOC on a rental or second home?

Some second homes and investment properties may qualify. Tell us about your property and we’ll let you know.

Is a HELOC better than a cash-out refinance?

If your current mortgage rate is lower than today’s rates, a HELOC often makes more sense, because you keep that rate. If you need to restructure your whole mortgage, a refinance may fit better. We’ll walk through both.

Do I need an appraisal?

In many cases your home can be valued digitally. Some loan amounts or properties require an in-person evaluation.
